What makes us different?
planMYhouse provides plans developed by experienced designers and structuraly engineered by licensed strucutral engineers.  Our plans are ready for submittal in your municipalty.  We provide additional support during the city review phase.

Our plans have been reviewed by some of the most difficult municipaliteis in the country.  We take great pride in the fact that in many instances our plans are approved for building permit the first time they are submitted.

All of our plans come with a video clip showing the plan in 3 demensions.  These models can be upgraded to show color and surrounding areas.  Experience your new home before it is built.  We also offer walk through videos as well.  See our samples page for a first hand look at what you will recieve.

Our plans database is designed to present plans for specific areas of the country.  Many builders around the country atr used to building specific types of plans.  Their pricing is based most often on this fact.  Chosing a plan that fits the part of the country you are in not only equals potential lower costs to build, it also contributes to the overall value based on what potetial new homeowners will be looking for when you are ready to sell.
