When you purchase the FINANCING EVALUATION SET, you will be able to show the bank your ideas on paper. They will be able to tell you the estimated costs and whether you can upgrade or need to downsize. The FES is an inexpensive way at just $99.00 to feel out your financing options and give you a launching point. Once you are approved and want to get the full set of plans, we will credit you the FES fees toward the purchase of the completed construction drawing set for that plan. Or if you want to upgrade and add custom work, we can give you a quote for the changes and additions and apply your credit there.
What you get:
Floor plan at 1/4" = 1'-0" scale for easy reading and measuring.
4 side elevations also at 1/4" scale.
Plans are emailed directly to you in pdf format and can be printed at a reprographics company at full size or on your home computer printer at no scale.
You may print as many copies as you need.
